This is a story about a cute little snowman couple…and it goes a little something like this…
There once was a couple of candlesticks and some cheapo foam balls and they were sad all by themselves.
So, they decided to stick together so they wouldn’t be lonely anymore.
Then, they were cold. They really wanted scarves.
They felt better with their new scarves, but then they were still cold.
They decided to swipe some hats to keep them even more warm than before.
Then, they started to get an attitude. They were all like, “Hey, where’s my face? We want a face!”
So…then…I was all like…”Okay, okay, calm yourselves!” They finally got a face made from buttons and a painted lamp finial.
Once they got a face, they were sooooo much happier.
They exclaimed excitedly, “Hey! Look at us! We’re candlestick snowmen!”
The End.
Did you enjoy my short story? Maybe it can be turned into a children’s book or something…haha! I’m not sure what has gotten into myself this year. I’m usually more of a traditional Christmas decorator, but this year I have really been drawn to the whimsical side. I’m sure it has nothing to do with me being a mommy-to-be. These fun little snowmen were inspired by this picture that I ran across on the internet…
This was an easy little Christmas craft to do. Hope it inspires you too!
P.S. Those candlesticks are supposed to depict my hunny and I. 😉
Thanks so much for visiting!

So cute! Question: May I ask where you got the hats for them. (Thank you) -Brenda-
P.S: (Have a friend who is a teacher and she is looking for tiny hats to do a Xmas craft with the children. As a sewer and knitter would offer to do them for her, BUT there would be twenty to do. LOL!)
Hi there Brenda! I got those hats from Michael’s. They are actually headbands. Not sure what size you need. Thank you for visiting
P.S. I wish I could sew!
