This post will be participating in the 6 Days of Spring Linky Party.
If you are a blogger, come on over and share all your springy goodness! Happy Monday my friends! I sincerely hope you all had a wonderfully blessed weekend…and for you all who feel like you did not…know that prayers have been sent your way! :-)Here in Georgia, it snowed all weekend! How cool is that? We woke up Saturday morning to 1/8 inch of snow on our deck…couldn’t get our sleds out fast enough! Ha! Really though…it has been super cold here and we really did get some flurries. This frigid weather has not thwarted my anticipation for spring!! Heehee… I just used the word “thwarted”. Not sure why that makes me giggle…
The cold weather has surely not kept these little guys away. That feeder was filled up and four days later those sparrows cleaned it dry.
Greedy little tweeters… Let’s see…what else did we do this weekend? I went for a 5K run in 30 degree weather with my crossfit buddies… hardcore… I know. Worked on the sunroom a little more. Craigypoo actually helped out… Doesn’t he look thrilled?
Since he was so nice and helped, I thought it would be nice to send him out on a date with his friends.
What did I do while he was out? What any normal gal would do… rework her fireplace mantle. Welcome spring! One day that brick will be painted…one day.
How cute is this basket holding pup? I filled the basket with flowers and added a bow for a little extra cuteness. Can’t remember where I found him…
Probably HomeGoods. Or Hobby Lobby. Or TJ Maxx. Or Marshalls. Who knows???? A handmade lantern we found at Scott’s Antique Store in Atlanta last year.
This simple wreath I made by attaching greenery garland to a grapevine wreath. Then, just added a bow!
Can’t go wrong with some mossy balls!
(Just giggled again.) The space between the balls and top of the frame seemed a little naked. I chose to make a banner using the word nest because this old house of ours is our little nest. Tins filled with faux wild flowers.
Springtime…I am patiently awaiting your arrival!
Thank you for visiting me!
Are you all ready for warmer weather and new life in the gardens? Update: This post was featured! Yay!
I often share with these awesome peeps…

The banner does a great job filling up the empty space between the frame and the moss! Thanks for stopping by Rondell! Stephanie
