I have a question for you.
What do you get when you take Ritz crackers…
and fill them with Peter Pan honey roast peanut butter…
and then cover them with almond bark?
If you guessed a tummy ache…
then you, my friend, are correct.
Now I ask, what happens before the tummy ache?
Heaven in your mouth!
I make these babies every year and they never fail to please.
I am all about clean eating, but your taste buds deserves a Christmas present too!
Really, you don’t get the belly ache until you get to…oh…I’d say cookie number 8.

When that time comes, here’s what you do:
1. Make PB ritz cracker sandwiches. (highly recommend the PB listed above)
2. Follow directions to melt bark from the packaging. (I microwave)
3. Dip sandwiches into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden.
*Work quickly. The bark hardens fast.
*Use tongs to dip sandwiches.
*Knock off excessive bark by gently tapping tongs on bowl.

but Luisa, this seems so simple…
